What do the statuses mean?
Moving on schedule — ETA within the committed window. No action needed.
POD signed. The timeline shows the POD number and delivery photos when available.
Missed its slot — rolled, weather or congestion. The timeline shows the reason and a new ETA.
Damage, customs hold or deviation. Ops is already on it — the timeline shows the action plan.
Feed still filling in (e.g. pre-carriage only). Usually resolves after carrier acknowledgment.
No carrier update for days — ETA unreliable until the feed resumes. Ops chases it manually.
