Terms of service
These terms govern use of the NEX Freight website and demo services. The site is a demonstration: quotes are estimates, tracking data is sample data, and no freight contract is formed by using the calculator or contact forms.
Where a real service is provided under a separate written agreement, that agreement prevails over these terms. All freight services are provided subject to our Conditions of Carriage, which incorporate applicable conventions (Hague-Visby, Montreal, CMR, COTIF/CIM as applicable) and limit liability per those regimes.
Privacy policy
This demo site does not set tracking cookies and does not transmit form data anywhere — forms are client-side only. If you connect a form service or backend, this policy must be updated to describe the data controller, purposes, retention and your rights under GDPR/CCPA.
In production, NEX Freight acts as data controller for customer business data and as processor where you upload shipment data. EU data is hosted in the EU region by default. You may request access, correction or deletion via privacy@nexfreight.com.
Cookies
This demo site uses no third-party tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log requests under Google's privacy policy. Remove the font link or self-host fonts for fully offline operation.
Production sites should present a cookie banner where legally required and document each cookie's purpose and lifetime.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to misrepresent shipments, submit fraudulent declarations, probe or attack the platform, or use sample data in a way that implies it is live. Demo references like NEX-2026-8812 resolve to sample shipments only.
Liability & demo data disclaimer
All schedules, transit times, rates, emissions figures, office data and shipment events on this site are demonstration data. They do not constitute offers, commitments or representations about real performance. Do not make operational or financial decisions based on demo figures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEX Freight BV is not liable for any loss arising from use of the demo site. Real shipments are governed by the applicable written contract and Conditions of Carriage.
